Worldline is hiring a Learning Consultant for its Pune office with a hybrid work model. The role is responsible for supporting learning content development, learning operations, Learning Management System administration, learner support, reporting, and AI-driven learning initiatives. The position combines instructional design, digital learning content creation, learning technology, and operational excellence to enhance the organization's learning and development ecosystem.
The selected candidate will develop learning content including micro-learning videos, bite-sized learning modules, SCORM packages, quizzes, and digital learning assets using modern AI-enabled authoring tools. Responsibilities include collaborating with local training coordinators to deploy learning activities, providing Learning Management System support including catalogue management, course management, item and class creation, registration follow-up, attendance tracking, external training coordination, and ensuring all learning resources are available for successful program delivery. The role also involves designing personalized learning paths, curating learning from Individual Development Plans, developing learning programs based on assessments, managing complex learning initiatives such as learning cohorts, performing initial analysis of technical issues before coordinating with CIT and HRIS teams, enhancing learner support through the World Learning Services Desk, monitoring learner feedback, implementing continuous improvements, preparing learning reports and dashboards, supporting automation initiatives, and driving AI adoption within the Learning and Development function.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in a Learning and Development Centre of Excellence. Applicants should have proven experience in learning content development, learning operations, instructional design, AI-assisted content creation, story development, storyboarding, and digital learning technologies. Hands-on expertise with AI authoring tools such as Vyond, HeyGen, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, iSpring, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong Learning Management System experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle, Docebo, or 360Learning is required, with SAP SuccessFactors LMS proficiency being mandatory and certification considered an advantage. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency with AI productivity tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, communication, stakeholder management, service delivery, analytical, and collaboration skills are essential. Understanding of Microsoft Power Apps will be an added advantage. The role follows a hybrid work model with working hours aligned to the European service window.
