Alfa Laval is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across India, the Middle East, and Africa (IMEA). The selected candidate will partner with business leaders across Sales, Service, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Corporate Functions to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The role involves acting as a strategic talent advisor while leading recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and campus hiring programs across the region.
Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding of business priorities and regional talent markets, partnering with hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding, implementing structured and unbiased hiring processes, developing innovative sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, social media, job portals, and talent communities, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leading recruitment for Information Technology and Technology positions, providing market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities, designing and executing campus recruitment, graduate hiring, internship, apprenticeship, and young talent programs across India and the Middle East and Africa, building relationships with universities, engineering colleges, and business schools, organizing campus hiring events, career fairs, employer branding activities, assessment centers, and pre-placement talks, supporting workforce planning initiatives, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, driving employer branding campaigns, monitoring recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, diversity hiring, and hiring manager satisfaction, identifying recruitment process improvements and automation opportunities, participating in recruitment events, managing compensation discussions and offer negotiations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and recruitment governance, mentoring colleagues, and providing data-driven talent acquisition recommendations.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 5 to 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in multinational and matrix organizations. Applicants should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, Information Technology recruitment, hiring across India and Middle East and Africa markets, campus recruitment, graduate hiring, internship programs, talent mapping, headhunting, stakeholder management, recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, talent analytics, compensation and benefits, and offer negotiation.
