Lubrizol is hiring a Total Rewards Manager IMEA for its Pune office. The selected candidate will serve as the primary Total Rewards partner for the India, Middle East, and Africa region, providing strategic guidance to Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, business leaders, and local Human Resources teams. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing market-competitive, compliant, and scalable compensation, benefits, wellbeing, mobility, recognition, and reward programs across high-growth and emerging markets.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the Global Total Rewards team to implement enterprise-wide reward initiatives and governance practices, leading compensation planning, salary structure reviews, market competitiveness assessments, and market intelligence activities across the IMEA region. The role requires identifying reward solutions to support talent retention and address critical skill shortages, serving as the regional subject matter expert for Job Family Architecture, incentive plans, recognition programs, retention initiatives, and compensation governance. The candidate will lead pay equity, pay transparency, and regulatory readiness initiatives while providing regional expertise for employee benefits, retirement programs, mobility, wellbeing, transportation, leave management, and flexible benefits. Additional responsibilities include leading benefits benchmarking, vendor evaluations, renewal activities, governance processes, monitoring regional legislation and market trends, supporting mergers and acquisitions, benefits harmonization, compensation transformation projects, workforce planning initiatives, developing presentations and business cases for leadership, and driving regional change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field along with at least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 5 years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards. Experience supporting multiple countries within a multinational organization and managing compensation and benefits programs across emerging markets is essential. Strong experience with HRIS platforms, compensation and benefits technologies, advanced Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, market benchmarking, project management, change management, stakeholder management, presentation skills, compensation governance, pay equity, and regulatory compliance is required. Experience with SAP or Workday, advanced qualifications, and professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS will be preferred.
