Job Description
Uplers is hiring on behalf of its client, IntelliOasis. Uplers is a global hiring platform connecting top talent with companies worldwide across technology, digital, and business functions. IntelliOasis is looking for an HR Executive to lead end-to-end Human Resources operations in a fully remote environment. The company operates in the Information Technology and Services industry and offers a high-ownership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The HR Executive will manage Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee documentation, timesheet administration, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and policy governance. This is a delivery-focused role where recruitment efficiency, workforce administration, and compliance directly contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across multiple business units.
Manage high-volume hiring and build strong talent pipelines to meet monthly hiring targets.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, campus drives, and recruitment consultants.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, assess cultural and compensation fit, and coordinate interview processes.
Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and joining activities to minimize offer drop-offs.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and staffing vendors while monitoring hiring performance metrics.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.
Manage end-to-end timesheet administration including issuance, follow-up, validation, reconciliation, and approvals.
Coordinate payroll inputs by validating attendance, leave records, project allocations, and timesheet accuracy.
Support bench management and workforce utilization reporting.
Manage employee onboarding including document collection, background verification, induction, and HRMS record creation.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
Maintain complete and audit-ready employee documentation in HRMS and personnel files.
Handle employee exits including resignation processing, clearance, exit interviews, and Full and Final Settlement inputs.
Draft, review, and implement HR policies covering leave, attendance, work from home, travel, POSH, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures, and data usage.
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws including Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops and Establishments Act, and POSH Act.
Support internal, external, client, ISO, and SOC audits.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, payroll, documentation, and leave.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
Track employee attrition and contribute to retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
2ā4 years of Human Resources experience in IT Services, Consulting, Staffing, or Business Process Outsourcing organizations.
Hands-on experience in volume hiring and active candidate sourcing.
Experience with timesheet management and payroll input preparation.
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong drafting skills for HR policies, employee communications, and official documentation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
Experience using HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, BambooHR, or similar.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems including Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse, or Naukri RMS.
Exposure to background verification and client onboarding processes.
Knowledge of bench management, resource utilization, and billability in service organizations.
Experience supporting HR audits or certification processes.
SHRM-CP, HRCI, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.

Consistently achieve monthly hiring targets.
Maintain 100 percent timesheet compliance before payroll deadlines.
Reduce hiring turnaround time and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
Maintain audit-ready HR documentation.
Successfully publish and implement updated HR policies.
