Lutron is seeking a self motivated, collaborative, and resilient Talent Acquisition Lead to join its India office in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring requirements. The successful candidate will formulate and drive recruitment strategies, strengthen the company's Employer Value Proposition, and build talent pipelines for specialized and critical positions.
Key responsibilities include creating recruitment strategies that establish a strong pipeline of high quality talent, building relationships with business and functional leaders to understand workforce requirements, developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes, and partnering with business leaders to develop staffing plans for existing and new functions.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will attract top talent through internal mobility, campus hiring initiatives, direct sourcing, and other recruitment channels. The role involves driving recruitment process improvements, acting as a recruitment subject matter expert for senior stakeholders, managing vendor relationships to support hiring needs, overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, preparing offer letters, and ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. The role also ensures every hire meets Lutron's standards for excellence.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or at least 60 percent marks. An MBA in Human Resources is preferred. Applicants should have 8 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an engineering organization, with proven experience hiring engineering and technical talent across multiple functions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and at least one Applicant Tracking System is required. Candidates must be available to work five days onsite from Monday to Friday during the 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST shift.
