About The Role
Motorola Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic HR professional with 1ā3 years of experience to join its Human Resources team. This role provides exposure across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, HR compliance, documentation, and HR analytics. The position requires a proactive professional who can coordinate HR activities effectively, maintain accurate employee information, support employees throughout their lifecycle, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
Facilitate employee induction and orientation programs.
Ensure completion of joining documentation and applicable compliance requirements.
Support employee exit formalities and maintain appropriate exit documentation.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.
Assist with leave, attendance, and employee data management.
Support HR policy communication and implementation.
Ensure HR information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Support wellness, recognition, and cultural programs.
Coordinate employee communication activities and events.
Contribute to initiatives that support a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
HR Compliance & Documentation
Ensure employee files and records are maintained according to company policies.
Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents.
Maintain accurate and organised HR documentation and support compliance-related activities as required.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Experience working with HRMS tools is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
Basic Requirements
1ā3 years of relevant HR experience.
Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems.
Ability to navigate spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets to track metrics, run reports, and manage employee data accurately.
