One of GA Consulting Services' clients is hiring an experienced HR & IR Manager to join a leading organization in the Manufacturing / Engineering / Metal Industries sector.
Location Santacruz, Mumbai.
Experience 10–15 Years.
CTC Up to ₹9.60 LPA.
Gender Male.
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in HR, Labour Laws, Business Administration, or Management.
Industry Manufacturing / Engineering / Metal Industries.
Working Days 6 Days.
Timing 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Age Up to 50 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR Operations and Industrial Relations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
Handle labour laws and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and related requirements.
Manage contractor labour and workmen-related matters.
Handle MRTU & PULP and Industrial Disputes-related matters.
Coordinate with government, statutory, and local authorities.
Manage employee welfare, engagement, and safety initiatives.
Support payroll, performance management, training, and development.
Prepare HR MIS and reports and support HR audits.
Handle Factory Licence and Shop & Establishment compliance.
Coordinate legal, labour, and employee compensation matters.
Required Skills:
Strong HR and Industrial Relations experience.
Excellent knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong employee grievance and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience handling workmen, contractors, and unions.
Government and statutory authority liaison experience.
Good knowledge of HR MIS, payroll, and HR operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred candidates should have relevant experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Factory environment with strong exposure to Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.
