DCS Group is hiring an experienced HR & Operations Manager for a manufacturing client. The role is responsible for leading HR strategy, plant operations, compliance, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Location: Mahbubnagar, Hyderabad (Plant Location) / Bagru, Jaipur (Onsite Role)

Job Description:
We are looking for a senior HR leader with strong manufacturing experience to manage workforce planning, employee relations, labour compliance, plant operations, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Leadership:
• Manage end-to-end hiring for workers, supervisors, engineers, and HO staff
• Handle labour laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Safety, and POSH compliance
• Manage employee relations, union handling, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
• Oversee payroll, attendance, performance appraisal, training, development, and retention activities
• Drive employee engagement, discipline, and safety culture on the shop floor
Operations Leadership:
• Manage plant operations, production targets, efficiency, and cost control
• Implement process improvement initiatives including Lean, 5S, and Kaizen
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Store, QC, and Logistics teams
• Ensure EHS compliance, audit readiness, and workplace safety standards
• Handle MIS reporting, budgeting, and management reporting
Required Qualifications:
• MBA HR / MSW / PGDM with Operations exposure preferred
• 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 3 years in a managerial role in Manufacturing
• Experience in Auto, Textile, FMCG, Engineering, or Process Manufacturing industries preferred
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance
• Experience managing 500+ workforce with shift operations
• Strong Industrial Relations (IR) background with union and worker management experience
• Exposure to production planning, costing, and KPI tracking
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
