Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR & Admin for a manufacturing, plant operations and industrial environment in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. This position is for male candidates and requires 6–12 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have an MBA in HR or MSW qualification. Salary will be competitive and based on the candidate’s competence and experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, staffing forecasting, onboarding and documentation. The role will involve driving employee retention, resolving grievances, organizing employee engagement events and building strong workplace relations.
The candidate will ensure strict adherence to Labor Laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, LWF and Bonus. The role will also involve coordinating for regular customer compliance audits and ensuring that all relevant compliance requirements are properly maintained.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily attendance, complete payroll processing and maintaining accurate HRMIS data. The candidate will coordinate goal setting and appraisals with Head HR and conduct training and development programs for employees.
The role will also involve implementing 5S systems, overseeing plant security and housekeeping, managing vendors and enforcing safety protocols in coordination with the safety team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in plant operations and industrial relations, advanced proficiency in HR Dashboards, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and proven experience in statutory compliance, payroll and HRMIS. Excellent communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills are required, along with high integrity, diplomacy and the ability to work independently.
