Job Description
HIKING IT is hiring an HR Intern in Hyderabad. The position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The candidate will support day-to-day HR activities and gain hands-on experience across Core HR, HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation and employee engagement. Responsibilities include supporting Core HR and HR Operations activities, assisting with employee onboarding and joining formalities, maintaining employee records and HR databases, supporting attendance and leave management, employee documentation and HR records, assisting with recruitment, resume screening and interview coordination, coordinating with employees and candidates for required documents and information, supporting employee engagement and internal HR activities, preparing HR reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets, assisting with HR policies, processes and documentation, supporting employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit, coordinating with different teams for HR-related requirements, and maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information. Candidates should have good knowledge of Core HR and HR Operations, an understanding of employee lifecycle processes, basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition, good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, strong coordination and organisational skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred. Any graduate with a strong interest in HR can apply. Freshers are welcome and immediate joiners are preferred. The internship provides learning exposure to Core HR and HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment and interview coordination, employee onboarding and documentation, attendance and leave management, HR policies and processes, employee engagement, and HR reporting and MIS.
