Job Description
HackNow is hiring a dynamic and proactive HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, technical hiring, onboarding, recruitment operations, and HR coordination. The role requires strong experience in sourcing and hiring technology professionals across multiple domains and managing recruitment metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for technical and business requirements.
Hire talent across technologies including ServiceNow, Cloud, Cyber Security, Python, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Engineering.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer closures.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Conduct weekly hiring review meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Track recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and recruitment funnel metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports and hiring analytics.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, background verification, documentation, induction, and employee onboarding.
Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, virtual hiring drives, bulk hiring campaigns, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, clients, and recruitment partners.
Assist with employee grievance handling, attendance, leave management, HR policy implementation, and other HR operations.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure effective use of ATS, HRMS, and recruitment platforms.

Experience: 3–5 Years
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
