Job Description:
Rusan Pharma Ltd. is looking for a skilled Payroll Executive to join its Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly payroll for more than 500 employees, ensuring statutory compliance, verifying attendance and payroll inputs, handling tax-related activities, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll software, and advanced MS Excel, along with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 500+ employees.
- Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs before salary processing.
- Manage investment declarations, TDS calculations, Form 16, and quarterly TDS returns.
- Process bonuses, leave encashment, arrears, and pro-rated salaries.
- Handle Full and Final Settlement (F&F) for exiting employees.
- Maintain payroll master data, salary structures, and increment records.
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve employee salary-related queries.
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate payroll processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Spine HR, SAP, Zoho Payroll, or similar payroll systems.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with EPFO, ESIC, and government tax portals.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
