About the Role
The Postcard Hotel is looking for a Human Resources Associate who is passionate about people, hospitality and creating an exceptional employee experience. The role will support day-to-day HR operations at the hotel and work closely with employees and department heads across the property.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, joining formalities and onboarding of employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs, leave management and other HR processes.
Support employee engagement, training and learning initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in performance management, confirmations and employee evaluations.
Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Conduct regular employee interactions and help resolve workplace concerns.
Assist with exit formalities, full and final processes and employee documentation.
What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, approachable and people-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Willingness to work closely with employees across different levels and departments.
