Job Description:
Hiking IT is looking for an experienced HR Executive with hands-on expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Compensation to support end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The selected candidate will manage daily HR activities, employee records, payroll processing, attendance and leave management, compensation-related tasks, and HR reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and processes, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee data confidentiality. Candidates with experience using HRMS or payroll software and preparing HR MIS reports will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Core HR and HR Operations activities.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including joining, onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and employee databases.
- Manage payroll processing and coordinate with payroll and accounting teams.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support salary processing, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll reconciliation.
- Handle compensation-related activities, salary revisions, increments, and compensation records.
- Assist in preparing CTC structures, salary structures, and compensation reports.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and HR processes.
- Support statutory compliance and payroll-related documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and salary information.
Mandatory Skills:
- Core HR experience is mandatory.
- Payroll experience is mandatory.
