The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations at plant level, driving HR strategies, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and supporting business objectives through effective people management practices. Responsibilities include HR business partnering for plant operations, implementing HR policies, employee engagement and retention, handling union interactions, grievance and disciplinary processes, wage settlements, ensuring labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act), managing audits and statutory records, overseeing recruitment for plant roles (blue and white collar), coordinating training and L&D initiatives, performance management, payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, contract labor and vendor coordination, and HR analytics including attrition, absenteeism, and productivity reporting.
