Role Overview
As Sr. HR Business Partner (People Business Partner) at RZR, you will serve as the primary strategic People partner for our teams in India, working directly with regional leadership to align people strategy with business goals. What We're Looking For
2–5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations or a combined HR role.
Hands-on experience in both recruitment and payroll will be strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and payroll-related statutory compliance.
Experience using HRMS/HRIS and payroll software.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, filters, sorting and data management.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your internal customers. The Human Resource Officer is responsible to assist the Human Resources Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities and Role Overview: Provide seamless and professional administrative support across all functional areas of the Human Resources department. Assist the HR Manager and team members with day-to-day HR operational activities, documentation, employee records management, and internal HR correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal customers and employees, addressing queries with high service standards and ensuring a positive workplace experience. Support HR operational workflows including onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and hotel-related staffing coordination in line with Hyatt standards.

Qualifications: University Degree or Diploma, with preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees. The Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or similar) required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter. Must have an understanding on how to utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms to generate talent pipelines. Experience of using Workday will be an added advantage. MS Office experience required. Must be flexible with work hours if required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be fluent in English, written and verbal. Experienced working with regional or global team set-ups/stakeholders required. Experience using data to drive recruitment strategies.
