Hiring: HR Executive - Core HR Operations

Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive - Core HR Operations to join our team and manage day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee support. Note: This is a Core HR Operations role and does not involve Recruitment / Talent Acquisition responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, documentation, and HR trackers.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and POSH.
- Maintain and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Core HR / HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of Indian statutory HR compliance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS tools such as Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, greytHR, etc.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant graduate degree.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
