Description : We are hiring for a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - HR role for Aparna Constructions & Estates at the Corporate Office in Punjagutta, Hyderabad. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, compensation administration, and HR operations. The role requires ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with labor laws, coordination with finance teams, and maintaining employee payroll records while supporting broader HR functions. Payroll Management responsibilities include managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees across multiple locations, validating attendance, leave records, shift allowances, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, processing Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees, handling payroll queries, and resolving employee concerns related to salary and benefits. Statutory Compliance responsibilities include ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor laws, coordinating statutory filings, returns, and audits, liaising with government authorities and consultants for compliance-related matters, and maintaining statutory records and documentation. Compensation & Benefits Administration includes administering employee benefits programs including insurance, gratuity, and welfare schemes, supporting annual compensation reviews, salary revisions, increment processes, and generating compensation reports and salary analytics. HR Operations responsibilities include maintaining employee master data and payroll records in HRMS, ensuring employee documentation is complete and updated, preparing HR letters related to salary revisions, promotions, transfers, and separations, and supporting HR audits and internal compliance reviews. MIS & Reporting responsibilities include preparing monthly payroll MIS reports and dashboards, analyzing payroll costs, headcount reports, attrition data, manpower budgets, generating management reports, and providing payroll-related insights. HR Systems & Process Improvement responsibilities include ensuring accurate data management in HRMS and payroll software, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements, and coordinating with IT, Finance, and HR teams for system enhancements and payroll integrations.
