Description : Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing with zero defects, in full compliance with applicable labor laws and HR regulations. This role oversees end-to-end employee data management across SAP and SuccessFactors throughout the employee lifecycle and serves as the custodian of HR policies and employee benefits, ensuring consistent application and governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities include Payroll Management by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing along with incentives and bonus payouts, coordinating with Finance, HR and IT teams to validate payroll inputs and outputs, managing payroll through automated systems such as SAP Payroll, ADP and GreytHR, troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with IT, addressing payroll discrepancies and employee queries, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, TDS and other statutory deductions, timely filings, and end-to-end reconciliation of payroll inputs and outputs. HR Compliance responsibilities include monitoring adherence to labor laws, employment regulations and internal HR policies, maintaining knowledge of legislative changes, supporting audits and inspections, adhering to SOPs, reducing risk, and implementing audit recommendations. HRIS & Data Management responsibilities include overseeing employee data management throughout the employee lifecycle in SAP and SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and timely updates, generating reports and analytics for HR decision-making and compliance tracking, supporting data requirements during organizational events, and ensuring accuracy in increment and budgeting models. Policy & Benefits Governance responsibilities include acting as custodian of HR policies, ensuring consistent communication and application, managing employee benefits programs including insurance and leave administration, reviewing and updating policies in collaboration with HR leadership, and managing people processes such as company car administration and exit management. Additional responsibilities include project management, process improvement initiatives, employee satisfaction through benefits and query resolution, and acting as a key point of contact for auditors, finance teams and external compliance partners related to payroll, labor law, shop act and employee benefits. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with SAP and India Payroll, strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, agility, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information.
