FDC Limited is hiring Assistant Manager – Training for its state-of-the-art Zonal Learning Institutes located in Delhi and Bengaluru. This role is part of the Learning & Development team and reports directly to the Senior Manager – Training.
The organization is looking for professionals who are passionate about coaching, learning, capability building, and people development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and drive training and learning initiatives for field force teams.
Coach and develop Medical Representatives and Area Managers.
Conduct training programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, leadership development, and performance enhancement.
Facilitate learning interventions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Work closely with Learning & Development teams to implement modern learning methodologies.
Support capability development initiatives and leadership development programs.
Contribute to building a strong learning culture within the organization.
Eligibility:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative and Area Manager.
Strong passion for coaching, learning, training, and people development.
