Shift Night Shift.
Project Duration 12 Months with extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.
Experience Required 3–5+ Years.
The selected candidate will design engaging technical learning programs and learning paths, develop e-learning modules, assessments, videos and learning aids, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and global Learning & Development teams, manage learning content within LMS platforms, and create AI and video-based learning content using modern learning technologies.
Candidates should have expertise in Instructional Design and Learning Development, LMS Administration with Cornerstone preferred, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia or AI-based learning tools, technical learning or technical training environments, content development and assessment creation.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building impactful, scalable and technology-enabled learning experiences in a technical environment while working with global stakeholders and modern learning platforms.
