Sagility is expanding its Learning & Development team and is looking for Senior Instructional Designers who can go beyond content creation and design impactful learning experiences that solve business problems through learning.
Location Bangalore
Work Mode Hybrid with 2–3 days per week in office
Shift Timing 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM with occasional extensions.
The selected candidate will work across the full learning lifecycle, from understanding business needs to delivering engaging and measurable learning solutions. The role requires expertise in Instructional Design, Courseware Development for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and eLearning, Animation and Video Development, and preferably Graphic Design.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Learning & Development projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, designing learning strategies, developing digital learning content, leveraging modern tools including GenAI, and creating meaningful learning experiences that drive business outcomes. The role blends strategy, design and execution and requires strong consulting, stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities.
This position is ideal for professionals who have experience designing impactful learning interventions, developing engaging courseware, and using innovative technologies to create measurable learning outcomes.
