As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will serve as an embedded people partner for assigned business units, collaborating with leaders at all organizational levels to drive people strategies that enhance business performance. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and operational excellence. You will contribute across multiple HR domains including organization design, workforce planning, career frameworks, succession planning, change management, performance management, and people analytics while working closely with Centers of Excellence and Talent Management teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders across different levels of the organization to convert business priorities into actionable people strategies and workforce plans.
Support organization design initiatives by assessing organizational structures, evaluating options, and implementing changes that improve effectiveness and clarity.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of career frameworks including job families, leveling structures, progression pathways, and career growth models.
Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, performance calibrations, and year-end evaluations.
Coach managers on conducting effective performance discussions, managing underperformance, and creating employee development plans.
Support succession planning activities and identification of high-potential employees in collaboration with Talent Management teams.
Lead the people workstream for change management programs by developing impact assessments, communication strategies, and adoption plans for transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards to monitor key people metrics including attrition, headcount, engagement, productivity, and performance trends.
Utilize Excel and data analysis tools to build workforce planning models, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
Build trusted partnerships with leadership teams, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Rewards, and People Operations teams.
Represent HR and people priorities during leadership meetings, planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:
5 to 9 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a Senior HRBP or strategic HR role.
Experience in organization design, career framework development, workforce planning, or large-scale change management initiatives.
Experience working in high-growth environments such as technology organizations, consulting firms, or multinational corporations.
