Reporting to the VP of People, the Senior Manager, HR will lead the Core and Strategic Human Resources agenda for Everseen's India Operations. As a member of the India leadership team, the role will focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences, supporting organizational growth, and making Everseen a great place to work.
Core Human Resources Responsibilities:
Lead the complete Performance Management Cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, organizational assessment, workforce planning, succession management, and employee retention initiatives.
Drive Talent Development and Career Management programs that support continuous employee learning, coaching, development, leadership growth, and career progression across all employee levels.
Manage Employee Relations by fostering a positive, fair, and engaging workplace culture while handling disputes, employee concerns, policy violations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Oversee the complete Employee Lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee experience, development, and employee separation processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all company and statutory regulations including Code of Conduct, compensation practices, working conditions, social security, employee benefits, POSH regulations, leave policies, and employment laws.
Manage salary structures, job bands, compensation reviews, recognition programs, promotions, benefits administration, workplace safety, commute programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
Lead and develop HR professionals, facilities teams, and support staff to ensure successful execution of all HR programs and objectives.
Strategic Human Resources Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to the India Operations leadership team and partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
Drive workforce planning, organizational design, culture development, employee value proposition, and change management initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and dashboards on workforce trends, hiring performance, promotions, attrition, compensation competitiveness, and employee engagement metrics.
Support leadership in building a high-performance workplace culture by understanding employee concerns, feedback, engagement levels, and organizational dynamics.
Utilize employee feedback and industry best practices to continuously improve HR policies, processes, and employee experiences.
Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and senior leaders by enhancing leadership effectiveness, self-awareness, team performance, and decision-making capabilities.
Collaborate with Global HR teams, Pune-based leadership, the Chief Strategy Officer, and managers across global locations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Overall 8+ years of professional experience with at least 8 years of progressive Human Resources management and operations experience.
SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience working in startup, growth-stage, medium-sized, and large organizations with international exposure.
Experience operating within matrix organizations involving both functional and business reporting structures.
Strong understanding of SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, and technology business environments.
Excellent emotional intelligence, leadership capability, coaching skills, relationship-building ability, and stakeholder management experience.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
