We are hiring for Deputy Manager – Corporate HR role in New Delhi. Industry: Manufacturing / Corporate HR Environment. The role involves managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding, partnering with business leaders for workforce planning, building strong talent pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics and improving hiring efficiency. It also includes driving Performance Management System processes such as goal setting, reviews, appraisals and feedback, analyzing performance data and supporting capability development and performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also cover Learning & Development including training need identification, learning calendar creation, behavioral and functional training coordination, leadership development, LMS management, training effectiveness tracking and building learning culture. HR Operations responsibilities include HR lifecycle management, HR records maintenance, compliance, audits, MIS reporting, payroll coordination, attendance management and HR policy implementation. Candidate should have 10–15 years of experience with Full Time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources and exposure to Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, HR analytics and employee engagement. Location: New Delhi
