Kanishk Consultancy is inviting motivated candidates to apply for the HR Trainee position in Hyderabad, Telangana. This opportunity is suitable for freshers, graduates, and postgraduates from relevant disciplines who want to start or restart their careers in Human Resources and Recruitment. Selected candidates will receive practical HR training and hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, with an opportunity for a stipend-based internship or job based on requirements and selection. Responsibilities include assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and conducting initial candidate communication. The role also involves coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, following up with candidates regarding interviews and joining, assisting with onboarding and joining formalities, supporting employee engagement and basic HR operations, preparing recruitment reports and daily updates, and coordinating with HR and recruitment teams. Candidates will gain practical knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing and screening techniques, interview coordination, professional communication, HR documentation, reporting, and real-time HR operations. The training also provides opportunities to develop interview-handling and professional communication skills, receive an internship certificate or experience, and be considered for an HR job depending on organizational requirements and selection. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are preferred. The selection process will be conducted through a walk-in interview.
