Job Overview:
Ristara Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition for its Bangalore operations. The role is responsible for managing full lifecycle recruitment across Outlets, Corporate, Food Production, and Warehouse functions, partnering closely with Outlet Operations and HODs to support high-volume hiring and new store launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment across Outlets, Corporate, Food Production, and Warehouse verticals.
- Collaborate with Outlet Operations and Department Heads to build hiring plans aligned with store expansion timelines.
- Source candidate pipelines via Job Portals, Campus Drives, Employee Referrals, NGO Connects, Job Fairs, and consultants.
- Pipeline talent for high-volume and high-attrition QSR frontline, supervisory, and managerial positions.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team on sourcing methodologies, candidate screening, and engagement strategies.
- Conduct candidate evaluations, coordinate interview stages, handle salary negotiations, and manage onboarding handovers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
- Coordinate with background verification agencies, medical vendors, and external partners for smooth onboarding.
- Oversee the employee induction process and ensure staffing readiness ahead of new outlet launches.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and support general HR operational initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within QSR, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or high-volume service sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume, multi-location recruitment and new store launch staffing.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and salary negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment tracking and MIS maintenance.
- Willingness to travel across outlet locations in Bengaluru.
