This executive role owns Talent at Manifest globally in full: the hiring engine, the employee experience, the leadership bench across every business unit, the workforce plan that keeps the organization ahead of the business, and the AI-powered infrastructure that connects the entire ecosystem. The Head of Talent translates talent strategy into executive language including capacity, capability, retention, and risk, leading a multi-brand talent structure spanning multiple geographies and acquisitions.
What You Own includes Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Engine by owning the hiring strategy and standards across every brand, geography, and level, while building a sourcing, screening, and closing engine that runs on AI-native tooling as default. Talent Operations and Employee Experience covers the full global employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, compensation coordination, people analytics, and workplace support across multi-jurisdiction footprints. High-Performing Teams, Leadership Development, and Succession involves building and coaching embedded HR Business Partnering teams, owning leadership pipelines and succession coverage, and elevating manager capability across all business units. Strategic Workforce Planning and Business Alignment requires translating commercial business goals into people capacity and capability forecasting, leading quarterly business reviews, and delivering board reporting on talent metrics. Talent AI and Infrastructure entails building dedicated AI-native talent workflows across sourcing, onboarding, workforce analytics, and systems architecture. Executive Partnership and Talent Thought Leadership involves acting as a strategic talent advisor to the CEO, COO, and business heads on organizational design, M&A integrations, and industry-facing talent practices.
