Job Description
Career Choice Solution is hiring an experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage Site HR, HR operations, labour compliance, contractual workforce management, and project HR activities. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate environments, with mandatory practical knowledge of BOCW compliance and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
Handle Site HR and Project HR activities and coordinate with project and site teams.
Manage contractual and blue-collar manpower across project/site locations.
Plan manpower requirements and identify critical workforce positions.
Manage contract labour and labour licence requirements.
Ensure compliance with BOCW regulations and applicable labour laws.
Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Professional Tax, and other labour regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for contractual workforce and compliance requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Support HR audits, labour inspections, and statutory documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, HR MIS, and compliance reports.
Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, manpower deployment, and workforce productivity.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and site management to resolve HR and workforce-related issues.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes across project/site operations.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives as required.

Salary: ₹8–₹12 LPA
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Off

Mandatory Requirements:
8+ years of relevant HR experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate.
Strong Site HR and Labour Compliance experience.
Practical knowledge of BOCW Compliance is mandatory.
Experience with Contract Labour and Labour Licence requirements.
Hands-on experience managing contractual and blue-collar workforce.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
Strong MS Excel and HR MIS skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Candidates who can independently manage site-level HR operations and workforce-related matters will be preferred.
