The organization is seeking an experienced People Intelligence & Analytics leader to build, scale, and mature a global people analytics capability as part of its broader People technology transformation. This role will define the strategy, operating model, and technology roadmap for people analytics leveraging Workday Prism, Workday People Analytics, enterprise data platforms, and advanced analytics capabilities to deliver trusted, actionable insights at scale.
The role is responsible for evolving the organization from fragmented reporting to predictive, intelligence-driven decision-making while embedding analytics into workforce planning, talent strategy, and executive reviews. This is a foundational leadership role with high visibility requiring analytics expertise, product thinking, and strong business partnership.
Key responsibilities include defining and leading the global People Intelligence & Analytics strategy, building a multi-year roadmap covering reporting, diagnostic analytics, predictive modeling, and prescriptive insights, and establishing operating models including intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery mechanisms. The role will transition the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision-making.
The candidate will own the strategy, deployment, and adoption of Workday analytics capabilities including Prism, dashboards, and People Analytics SKU. Responsibilities include partnering with People Technology, Data & Analytics teams, and external partners to design scalable solutions, modernizing analytics infrastructure through automation and system integration, and identifying AI and advanced analytics opportunities to improve workforce insights and decision-making.
The analytics portfolio will cover workforce composition, attrition and retention risk, workforce planning and forecasting, skills and mobility, diversity and inclusion, workforce costs, and productivity. The role requires combining People, Finance, and labor market data to generate forward-looking insights and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
The position includes establishing enterprise-wide standards for people data governance, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks while ensuring data quality, consistency, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, People leadership, and business stakeholders and partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and other COEs to deliver integrated insights.
Leadership responsibilities include building and scaling a high-performing People Analytics team in India, developing capabilities in advanced analytics and visualization, establishing quality standards, fostering innovation and continuous improvement, and enabling self-service analytics across PEOPLE and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess 10–15+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, People Strategy, or related domains with a proven track record of building or transforming people analytics functions in complex global environments. Strong expertise in Workday analytics, especially Prism, predictive analytics, data modeling, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is required. Deep understanding of People domains including Talent, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Diversity, and Skills is essential.
