Job Description
Portway Solutions India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Human Resources Generalist to work on-site in Noida. The selected professional will independently manage the complete employee lifecycle and support core human resources functions across departments. Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities, maintaining employee databases in the HRMS, and coordinating monthly payroll inputs with the finance team. The role entails serving as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing workplace grievances, conducting misconduct investigations, maintaining disciplinary records, and enforcing POSH and organizational codes of conduct. In addition, the candidate will coordinate the performance appraisal process, manage goal-setting frameworks, oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), track statutory compliance and Indian labour laws, drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, assist hiring managers with workforce planning and interview coordination, generate HR analytics covering headcount, attrition, and absenteeism, and lead HR process automation. Candidates must have solid experience across HR generalist, HRBP, or HR operations roles along with strong stakeholder communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities. Portway Solutions India operates within the business process management, IT services, logistics solutions, and corporate consulting industry.
