The HR Services Executive role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR Shared Services operations while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and SLA-driven support across the employee lifecycle. The position combines operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include executing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee changes, leave management, and separations. The candidate will process HR transactions with high accuracy, support payroll activities by collecting and validating input data, handle employee queries, and ensure timely resolution.
The role involves maintaining employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance, updating trackers, HR systems, and documentation management systems regularly, and maintaining process documentation and knowledge base articles. The candidate will generate standard HR reports, support ad-hoc reporting and analytics, and ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
Additional responsibilities include participating in team huddles and process discussions, supporting dashboards and meeting documentation, preparing monthly scorecard reports to track service delivery performance, participating in performance discussions, and assisting Team Leads with operational updates for stakeholders.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, or shared services environments. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation is essential. A basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes within HR Shared Services is required.
Preferred qualifications include prior HR Operations or Shared Services experience, exposure to HR systems, and experience supporting AUS or European regions. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, formulas, and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP are essential. Basic Macros or VBA knowledge is desirable.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, teamwork capabilities, and the ability to translate requirements into accurate reports and outputs.
