The HR Operations Employee Services Associate is responsible for providing best-in-class employee experience across the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. As a key member of the People Experience & Operations team, the role holder will play a pivotal role in driving on-ground employee processes with clear KPIs and service levels. The role is pivotal in supporting the India BU agenda of digitization and seamless employee experience through identified priorities for the People Experience & Operations vertical. Global Food and Beverage company with employee size of over 300,000 employees.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Frontline hiring including collaboration with employment exchange, screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and coordinating pre-employment testing.
Coordinate onboarding for plant employees with adherence to H2O onboarding and completion of Day 1 and Functional Onboarding modules on my learning.
Contractual hiring through collaboration with concerned departments based on business requirements.
Employee Processes & Admin
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, schedules, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
Drive learning administration for identified employee groups including facilitation of training, tracking, follow-up, and closure.
Support employee engagement programs such as Dil Se, Plant Days, and other engagement interventions followed by communications and surveys.
Digitization
Drive the overall BU digitization agenda specifically for plant processes including T&A for PCI and NPCI workforce, Schoox, and other myServices workflow processes.
Identify opportunities that can be streamlined and enhanced using digital tools.
Compliance & Safety Support
Ensure compliance with central, state, and local employment regulations including AIB audits as defined in statutory laws.
Maintain confidential employee files ensuring documentation compliance for audits.
Collaborate with Safety and Operations teams to track training, certifications, and plant clearances.
Collaborate with Welfare Officer to drive operational activities.
CoE Led Interventions
Coordinate training sessions, track completion, and maintain required training records as cascaded by the center of excellence for TM, TR, and PE&O.
Support performance review cycles by organizing timelines, forms, reminders, communication, and in-house sessions.
Support PMP activation across objective setting, mid-year, and year-end processes for frontline employees.
Support core people process rollouts including survey administration for Org Health and MPW.
Provide learning logistics support including venue organization, coordination with vendors and trainers, invoicing, attendance, and feedback administration.
Organize and administer CoC training for frontline employees, new hires, and third-party employees.
Provide logistics support for HR events including Rewards and Recognition programs, annual events, and HR Townhalls.
Support creation of event content such as communications, presentations, and invites.
Plant Operations Support / HR Ops and Service Delivery
Provide administrative support to plant leadership and HR lead for reports, presentations, and data entry.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize HR and plant processes.
Work as an integral part of BU HR Ops team projects and deliverables.
Act as a focal point for account HR operations deliverables.
Manage reporting repositories for account deliverables.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and digitization.
Handle account queries through agreed SLAs and identified channels.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources.
