Job Description:
Manage end-to-end Core HR and HR Generalist functions for a Non-IT organization, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR policies, performance management and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and selection for Non-IT positions
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation and exit formalities
• Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate monthly payroll and salary inputs
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity and Bonus requirements
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations
• Coordinate performance appraisals, engagement and retention initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes
• Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, recruitment, attrition and attendance
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Manage HRMS and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Conduct exit interviews and coordinate Full & Final Settlement
• Drive HR process improvements and support manpower planning with management
