Amicorp Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with proven Talent Acquisition and Recruitment experience in financial services, legal services, accounting, trust and fiduciary services industries. Experience with international Executive Search Consulting firms is preferred.
As part of the Amicorp Group Human Resources team, the role holder will be primarily responsible for driving mid-level and senior-level talent acquisition across different business lines globally. The position will support the Group Head β Human Resources in implementing Talent Acquisition policies and processes, enhancing HRMS capabilities, and managing the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and handover to the Business HR team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Global Head of Human Resources to determine recruitment needs and workforce planning requirements.
Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles and job requirements for open positions.
Manage external job postings and recruitment advertising across social media and targeted recruitment channels.
Source candidates through company career portals, recruitment websites, job boards, social platforms, print media, posters and flyers where required.
Drive targeted headhunting initiatives for critical and strategic hiring requirements.
Manage hiring processes through Applicant Tracking Systems and paperless HR processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders on candidate selection following initial screening, resume reviews and candidate evaluations.
Screen applicants through calls, emails and pre-interview assessments where applicable.
Compile interview questions and conduct virtual or in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate business assessments efficiently and within defined timelines.
Lead compensation discussions, negotiate offers and obtain alignment before formal offer release.
Support the Business HR team in improving offer acceptance and joining ratios.
Manage onboarding activities including candidate coordination, reference checks and completion of mandatory compliance requirements.
Facilitate onboarding formalities and ensure structured induction programs are completed within internal timelines.
Utilize HR systems extensively for process documentation, reporting and candidate relationship management.

Undertake positions such as director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or related responsibilities within internal or client entities when required by management.
Perform additional duties assigned by management and Group Human Resources from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
University degree with specialization in Human Resources Management.
More than 10 years of recruitment experience gained through both external executive search consulting and in-house talent acquisition environments.
Experience in Fiduciary, Fund Management, Asset Management or Financial Services sectors will be an advantage.
Strong domain expertise in Human Resources Management and supporting technologies.
Positive attitude with strong influencing skills and passion for recruitment, people and performance.
Highly results-driven with the ability to manage tight timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
Experience with HRMS platforms, recruitment technologies and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent English language proficiency. Additional languages will be an advantage.
