Role Overview:
HEC Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management within a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
ā¢ Handle end-to-end recruitment process
ā¢ Manage onboarding and induction activities
ā¢ Ensure timely hiring and workforce planning
Employee Relations:
ā¢ Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
ā¢ Maintain positive employee relations
ā¢ Support retention and engagement initiatives
HR Operations:
ā¢ Manage attendance, leave management, and HRMS administration
ā¢ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
ā¢ Support HR reporting and MIS preparation
Payroll & Compliance:
ā¢ Coordinate payroll processing
ā¢ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
ā¢ Maintain compliance records and documentation
Performance Management:
ā¢ Support appraisal and performance review process
ā¢ Implement HR policies and procedures
ā¢ Drive employee engagement activities
Exit Management:
ā¢ Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
ā¢ Ensure smooth employee exit process
ā¢ Maintain exit documentation
Required Skills:
ā¢ Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment
ā¢ Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
ā¢ Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
Preferred Industry:
ā¢ Hospitality, Travel, Events, Exhibitions, Service Industry, Corporate Sector
