Role Overview:
Microsoft India is looking for a Senior HR Service Advisor to join its HR Operations and Shared Services team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end onboarding, employee data management, HR systems, and supporting global HR operations across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance to Day 1
• Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple regions
• Ensure smooth employee transition into the organization
HR Data Management:
• Validate and reconcile employee data across HR systems (SAP, Employee Central, CRM, workflow tools)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR records
• Maintain data integrity across HR platforms
Payroll & Coordination:
• Coordinate payroll inputs for new hires
• Ensure timely first salary processing
• Work with payroll, recruiting, and HR operations teams
Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, vendors, and global HR teams
• Support cross-functional HR service delivery
• Manage communication across multiple stakeholders
Process Improvement:
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for process issues
• Support automation initiatives using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Drive process simplification and efficiency improvements
Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with HR policies
• Maintain data privacy and governance standards
• Support reporting and operational dashboards
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle, or HR service delivery
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP, Employee Central, CRM tools)
• Experience in data validation and reconciliation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in deadline-driven global environments
