About the Role:
Sanyo Consulting is looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients. This role involves handling volume hiring, IT and non-IT recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes under RPO models
• Handle IT and Non-IT hiring requirements as per client needs
• Execute volume hiring and bulk recruitment assignments
• Source candidates using job portals, ATS systems, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interview processes
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined SLAs
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and ATS updates
• Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring hiring requirements
Required Skills:
• 4-8 years of recruitment experience
• Strong experience in RPO or staffing environments preferred
• Exposure to volume hiring, IT, and/or Non-IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in managing multiple clients and hiring requirements
