CloudSEK is seeking a Chief Happiness Officer to lead culture, employee engagement, organizational performance, and people strategy initiatives across the company. This role is responsible for building systems, processes, and feedback mechanisms that ensure employees remain engaged, motivated, productive, and aligned with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
The Chief Happiness Officer will design and implement systems to continuously measure employee engagement, morale, burnout levels, team health, manager effectiveness, retention risks, employee alignment with company objectives, and execution effectiveness. The role requires transforming workforce insights into dashboards, analytics, early warning systems, and actionable recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
The position involves building and managing continuous feedback systems including pulse surveys, one-on-one frameworks, skip-level meetings, escalation processes, conflict resolution mechanisms, and employee experience improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will identify organizational challenges early and proactively implement solutions before they impact productivity and business performance.
A key responsibility of the role is identifying, developing, and retaining top talent through fair performance evaluation frameworks, talent development strategies, succession planning initiatives, promotion frameworks, and retention programs. The candidate will ensure high-performing employees receive appropriate recognition, growth opportunities, and career development support while maintaining high organizational standards.
The Chief Happiness Officer will also drive culture-building initiatives by codifying company values, developing culture rituals, strengthening organizational behaviours, and ensuring cultural consistency across geographies, teams, and growth stages. Responsibilities include eliminating behaviours that create politics, low trust, or poor collaboration while promoting ownership, integrity, accountability, speed, and excellence throughout the organization.
The role requires close partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, senior leadership team, managers, Human Resources teams, and People Operations functions to improve organizational health, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, compensation structures, performance management systems, and overall people strategy. The successful candidate will provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that influence critical organizational decisions.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in people leadership, organizational development, culture transformation, performance management, employee engagement, workforce analytics, talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching. Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making capabilities, executive stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. The role requires a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, empathy, accountability, and commitment to helping employees perform at their highest potential.
