Future Ready Staffing is urgently hiring an HR Manager for a growing Information Technology organization. The role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and workforce development initiatives. The selected candidate will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce and fostering a people-centric culture while partnering with leadership teams to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and adherence to labour laws and compliance requirements.
Lead learning and development initiatives for employee growth and capability building.
Coordinate payroll activities and HR operations processes.
Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution activities.
Prepare HR analytics, MIS reports, and workforce dashboards.
Support employee lifecycle management from onboarding to separation.
Partner with business leaders on people-related initiatives and workforce planning.
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS systems.
Drive process improvements and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience in the Information Technology industry preferred.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
Experience with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
