Job Description
Leg Auto Power Ltd. is hiring an HR Head for its Mumbai location. This leadership role is responsible for building and scaling the Human Resources function from the ground up. The selected candidate will design HR frameworks, policies, and processes while leading talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and organizational culture initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive HR policies, frameworks, SOPs, and processes from scratch.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and corporate roles.
Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, development, and separation processes.
Manage payroll processes and HR operations.
Lead HRMS implementation and optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory regulations.
Develop and manage KRA and KPI frameworks.
Drive performance management processes and appraisal systems.
Lead learning and development initiatives.
Build and foster a positive organizational culture.
Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and HR strategy.
Support employee engagement and retention programs.
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
3–5 years of experience in a leadership or HR Head role.
Experience establishing HR functions and processes from scratch.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate group structures preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and HRMS implementation.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
