CloudRaft is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to support engineering and technical hiring across the organization. This position starts as a 3-month contract with the opportunity for conversion into a full-time role based on performance and business requirements. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering leaders, founders, and hiring managers to recruit top talent across Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering domains.
The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions, understanding technical hiring requirements, creating effective sourcing strategies, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. The candidate will source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, job portals, technology communities, and professional networking while maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will conduct initial HR screening interviews, evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit, coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers, manage feedback processes, maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare hiring reports, monitor recruitment metrics, track hiring pipeline health, and support employer branding initiatives focused on technical talent acquisition.
The position involves hiring for DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Platform Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, AI and Machine Learning Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, Solutions Engineers, and Engineering Managers. Candidates should have a BTech in Computer Science or Information Technology or a BBA or MBA in IT or Human Resources with strong knowledge of technical recruitment. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in technical hiring, along with experience recruiting for Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Software roles. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, excellent communication, stakeholder management, independent working ability, and interest in niche technology hiring are essential. Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and AI Infrastructure will be an added advantage.
The initial engagement is for three months on contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on hiring performance, candidate quality, stakeholder feedback, ownership, accountability, candidate experience, and alignment with CloudRaft's values.
