Job Description
McLine Studios is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resource Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and strengthen the company’s talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing hiring pipelines, enhancing employer branding initiatives and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill organizational hiring goals. This role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates. The role involves developing and executing effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent across departments, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensuring timely hiring fulfillment. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals and networking, conducting candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit, leading employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, reports and hiring dashboards, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, staying updated on recruitment trends, market intelligence and best hiring practices and coordinating with HR and leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, talent engagement, ATS platforms, recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, communication, stakeholder management and strategic hiring planning is required. A Master’s degree or HR certification will be an added advantage. Experience hiring for architectural, engineering, construction or design-related roles is preferred.
