Finkraft.ai is a fast-growing SaaS and financial automation company that helps enterprises automate complex finance and compliance processes through its AI-driven platform. The company enables finance teams to simplify invoice data extraction, reconciliation and financial analytics, helping organizations improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Finkraft works with leading global enterprises including Capgemini, McKinsey, Abbott, IKEA, Skoda and Sun Pharma. The HR Generalist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment while managing HR operations, employee lifecycle activities and employee engagement in a fast-paced startup environment. The role includes managing recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and direct sourcing techniques, conducting candidate screening, interviews and assessments, coordinating interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, managing offer rollout, negotiations and onboarding, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The selected candidate will also manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmations and exit processes, maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy using Zoho People, support payroll processing, leave management and benefits administration, ensure HR documentation and internal processes remain compliant, support employee engagement initiatives, conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement programs, respond to employee queries, improve HR and recruitment processes, track HR metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate and hiring effectiveness, and work closely with leadership to support business growth initiatives. Candidates should possess strong sourcing and recruitment skills, knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management and compliance, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in startups, SaaS, fintech or technology companies with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
