P99SOFT is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join its Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. This is a paid 3-month internship opportunity for MBA and BBA graduates, final-year students and freshers who want to build a career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Location: Hyderabad. Duration: 3 Months. Internship Type: Paid Internship. Department: Talent Acquisition / HR. The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and social media, screening resumes based on job requirements, conducting initial HR screening calls, coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring teams, maintaining candidate trackers and recruitment databases, and following up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback. The role will also involve assisting with Job Description preparation and job postings and supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities. Candidates who can apply include MBA or BBA graduates and final-year students, with HR specialization preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, basic knowledge of MS Office, good coordination skills, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team. Through this internship, candidates will gain hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, practical experience in sourcing and candidate screening, exposure to recruitment tools and job portals, and an opportunity to work with an experienced Talent Acquisition team.
