Job Description
HRPD is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across clinical and non-clinical functions. The role requires strong healthcare recruitment expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience with modern sourcing and recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Partner with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements, hiring priorities, and skill gaps.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess cultural fit, technical capabilities, experience, and salary expectations.
Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and local recruitment platforms.
Manage recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment updates in the ATS.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and placement consultants.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source mix, offer acceptance, and recruitment pipeline status.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to joining.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Work Timing: 9:00 AM ā 6:00 PM
Working Days: 2 Saturdays Off
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

Candidates should have excellent sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and time-management skills. Experience managing recruitment vendors and placement consultants will be an advantage.
