Job Description
HRB Expert Consultants is hiring an HR Professional for its Mumbai location. The role will involve managing HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, administration, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and other general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open positions.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR matters.
Support employee engagement and employee coordination activities.
Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR processes.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support for general HR activities and operational requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information.
Support the HR team in achieving organizational people and staffing requirements.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR / Human Resources Management
