Job Description
Silverxis is hiring experienced OPT Recruiting and Talent Acquisition professionals to join its team in Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while managing recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong knowledge of the OPT process and relevant recruiting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other online channels.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for OPT candidates.
Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial and technical/non-technical interviews as required.
Assess candidates based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, soft skills, and overall suitability.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Stay updated with current recruiting methods, sourcing techniques, tools, and OPT-related requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements and priorities simultaneously.
Ensure timely follow-ups and effective candidate communication.
Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and organizational hiring objectives.
Location: Cyber Towers, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Day 1 On-Site
Experience: 7+ Years; 5ā10 years of OPT recruiting experience required
Work Timings: 7:00 PM ā 4:00 AM IST
Shift: Night Shift
