Muthoot Group – Corporate Office is hiring an HR Intern for its Lingarajapuram, Bengaluru location. This opportunity is open to male freshers from the 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches. The selected candidate will support recruitment, Corporate SPOC responsibilities and HR operations. Recruitment responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and employee referrals, screening resumes based on job requirements, conducting initial telephonic screening, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, coordinating interview rounds, maintaining candidate records, following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and assisting in onboarding selected candidates. As a Corporate SPOC, the candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned recruitment requirements, coordinate with business units and hiring managers to understand manpower needs, share recruitment updates and hiring status with stakeholders, ensure timely communication between candidates and internal teams and maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports. HR Operations responsibilities include maintaining employee and candidate documentation, updating HR databases and recruitment trackers, supporting HR events, employee engagement activities and induction programs and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, good communication and interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook. English and any one regional language from Kannada, Telugu or Tamil is mandatory. Candidates should be willing to work from the corporate office in Bengaluru. The recruitment process includes Resume Screening, HR Telephonic Interview, HR Assessment, Final HR or Manager Interview, Document Verification and Offer Letter. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview process.Salary ₹3 LPA.
