SoftPixel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a female Fresher or Experienced Talent Acquisition or HR Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The team brings over 6 years of expertise in delivering innovative IT solutions and caters to diverse sectors including BFSI, Fintech & Payments, and investment banking. The company connects businesses with top tech talent to meet their evolving needs and is committed to driving growth through technology, AI, and skilled talent acquisition. The company operates in IT Services and IT Consulting. The role requires a proactive TA Executive with end-to-end recruitment experience in IT and non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, selection, and onboarding, with a basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment best practices. The role is vital in ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent by creating an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles from initial sourcing to onboarding and induction, sourcing and attracting top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for the role. The candidate will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, provide timely feedback, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities also include conducting salary negotiations and facilitating the offer process while ensuring alignment with company policies and budget, guiding selected candidates through onboarding and induction processes, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using ATS and other recruitment tools, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, proficiency in using or understanding Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, portals, resources, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methods, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
