The company is an architectural glass processing company based in Hyderabad, specializing in the production of high-quality glass used in building and faƧade applications for high-value and high-rise projects across India. The company is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all HR operations and contribute to building a strong, efficient, and compliant workforce at its manufacturing unit. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing setup, be proficient in HR processes, and be capable of managing both white-collar and blue-collar employees. Recruitment and talent acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and local outreach, designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline, and conducting screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality hiring. HR operations and administration responsibilities include maintaining and updating physical and digital employee records, coordinating onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes, assisting with daily administrative HR duties, and supporting HR executives in routine tasks. Payroll and compliance responsibilities include managing payroll preparation by collecting relevant data such as leaves, bonuses, and absences, handling statutory filings including PF, ESI, and PT, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, and liaising with external agencies and government bodies as required. The role includes supporting the implementation of performance appraisal systems and coordinating and documenting internal training and development initiatives. Employee relations responsibilities include handling employee queries and concerns, providing resolutions in line with company policy, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and acting as a bridge between staff and management. The HR Manager will prepare analytical HR reports for management and monitor HR metrics to assess organizational health. The role also involves acting as a communication point for employees, coordinating with candidates during hiring, assisting external recruiters when engaged, and maintaining updated recruitment databases. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, while an MBA in HR is preferred. The role requires 10 to 12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with proven expertise in payroll, compliance, and recruitment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, while knowledge of Telugu is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills is required. Candidates must have a two-wheeler for local travel, be willing to relocate near the plant in Shadnagar, Balanagar, or Burgul, and be able to engage effectively with both white-collar and blue-collar employees. The position follows a six-day working schedule and immediate joiners are preferred.Salary 10.0 LPA.
