We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across IT roles while working closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs. Responsibilities Include: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions. Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
